Requirements
- Familiarity with Windows and macOS operating systems, including user management and basic system administration.
- Understanding of fundamental networking concepts (IP addressing, DHCP, DNS, VPNs, Wi-Fi troubleshooting).
- Interest in security best practices, such as patch management, endpoint protection, and access control.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical users.
- A proactive mindset with a willingness to research and learn new technologies.
- Experience with IT automation (PowerShell, Bash, or scripting tools).
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for endpoints (Windows, macOS), office AV systems, and networking issues to ensure seamless operations.
- Assist in tracking, testing, and deploying software and OS updates to maintain system security and performance.
- Help manage and enforce policies for company devices through our Mobile Device Management (MDM) platform.
- Identify repetitive IT tasks and help automate them to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.
- Assist with managing security tools such as endpoint protection, antivirus, and vulnerability scanning solutions.
