IT Architect

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or similar careers.
10 or more years of experience.
A Master’s degree may be preferred.
Experience with Cloud computing.
Preferred – Understanding of key AGILE concepts and/or experience with leading or operating in an AGILE environment.

Technical architect within software development space (Java, Angular, CI/CD).
Demonstrated technical design knowledge of Oracle applications and tech stack (EBS, Fusion, WebLogic, SOA, APEX, etc).
Experience in both software delivery and Oracle application integration.
Leads the identification and analysis of Domain business drivers to develop Domain architecture requirements.
Analyzes technology industry and market trends and determines potential impact upon the Domain.
Leads the development of Domain architecture governance structure based on business and IT strategies.
Oversees Domain architecture implementation and ongoing refinement activities.
Directs the development and execution of a communication (including education) plan for Domain architecture standards.
Acts as a sounding board or consultant to IT and business leaders in the development of IT solutions for business needs.
Provides expertise regarding the integration of applications across the business.
Determines specifications, then plans, designs, and coaches development of software solutions, utilizing appropriate software engineering processes either individually or in concert with project team.
Leads, mentors and coaches the work of other employees.
Contributes to strategic planning, direction, and goal setting for the department or function.
Recommends policies, practices, and procedures that have a significant impact on the organization.
