Requirements
- An active Top-Secret security clearance
- 5+ years of experience as an AF IT Compliance SME providing Agile coaching, governance, portfolio management, and IT compliance support.
- Experience with providing portfolio ownership support, resources, and processes to manage IT investments across DAF mission areas.
- Experience with developing Organizational Execution Plan (OEP) briefings presented to the USecAF to certify funding for Defense business systems in the Business Mission Area.
- Provides guidance for complying with established policy and prescribed procedures for managing acquisition programs in accordance with DoD Instruction 5000.02 (Operation of the Adaptive Acquisition Framework).
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with A4 CIO & Logistics IT Portfolio system owners to ensure compliance with all applicable laws, directives, and acquisition policies.
- Oversee IT portfolio management, providing resources and processes to optimize investments while supporting Agile governance and execution.
- Prepare OEP briefings for senior leadership approval, ensuring that IT investments align with Air Force priorities and meet all regulatory and compliance requirements.
