Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, or a specialized field (e.g., Optics, Sensors, Audio/DSP, etc.), or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience in designing and managing enterprise level Google Cloud Platform (GCP) environment.
- 2 years of experience working in an IT Systems technical environment, or 1 year of experience with an advanced degree.
- Experience with Terraform, Linux and Windows management.
Responsibilities
- Identify security, privacy, compliance, sustainability, or other operational risks and recommend actions necessary to eliminate or minimize risks and develop best practices that are a benefit across the organization.
- Improve our infrastructure and services to meet future demands.
- Provide exceptional support to our manufacturing systems and clients.
- Implement cutting-edge technologies to optimize manufacturing processes.
- Ensure high availability and reliability of critical systems hosted in on-premise and Google Cloud Platforms.
Preferred Qualifications
- GCP DevOps Engineer certification.
- Experience with Disaster Recovery planning.
- Experience with VMware clusters and GCP VMware Engine.
- Experience with compute and storage clusters.
