Requirements

  • Minimum 2 year experience as an IT Professional
  • CompTIA A+ Certification required
  • Working knowledge of CDK or Automotive Dealer Management Systems
  • Knowledge of ShortelMitelZoom phone system a plus
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with front desk experience and strong customer service skills

Responsibilities

  • Investigate user computer problems, identify the cause and implement solutions
