Requirements
- Minimum 2 year experience as an IT Professional
- CompTIA A+ Certification required
- Working knowledge of CDK or Automotive Dealer Management Systems
- Knowledge of ShortelMitelZoom phone system a plus
- Excellent interpersonal skills with front desk experience and strong customer service skills
- Great phone skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent follow-through skills
- Knowledge of basic Networking
Responsibilities
- Investigate user computer problems, identify the cause and implement solutions
- Provide remote system level support to all personnel for all company computer software
