IT & Infrastructure Lead

Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across teams and adapt to changing needs.
U.S. citizenship (eligibility for a U.S. Government Secret clearance a plus)
Expertise in IT infrastructure, including security, access management, networking and proficient in troubleshooting existing infrastructure.
Experience with identity and access control systems and user lifecycle management.
Proficiency in managing enterprise software, productivity, and collaboration tools.
Experience in developing solutions to automate workflows, including onboarding and offboarding processes.
Hands-on experience with infrastructure management in both on-premises and cloud environments.
Knowledge of automation and scripting to support infrastructure operations and enhancements.

Design, implement and maintain infrastructure solutions that enhance system reliability, security, and user productivity across corporate and customer environments.
Develop and maintain secure identity and access control practices to ensure data protection and system integrity.
Manage and maintain internal network infrastructure, ensuring secure, reliable connectivity for both on-premises and cloud environments.
Oversee the adoption and integration of tools and platforms to improve workflows and collaboration across teams.
Implement and design infrastructure solutions based on strict requirements provided by compliance, security, and other business teams.
Lead efforts to empower users through role management, education, and streamlined access to technology resources.
