Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a relevant degree (undergraduate or graduate)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of MS applications (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to commit to internship duration
Responsibilities
- Assist in confirming and documenting standard laptop/desktop builds, ensuring that all deployed systems adhere to IT security and compliance standards
- Conduct a full physical inventory of IT assets, including laptops, desktops, peripherals, and other devices, to ensure accurate records in the asset management system
- Provide first-level IT support by assisting users with access issues, password resets, and general troubleshooting within the IT Service Management (ITSM) platform
- Assist in managing Active Directory (AD) and Azure AD tasks, including user account maintenance, group policy updates, and basic troubleshooting
