IT Lead Business Analyst

5+ years business and analytical knowledge of Fedwire, Swift and TCH (real time payments)
Knowledge of ISO 20022 XML format
Ability to effectively prepare and maintain business process flow, architecture and design best practices, requirements (business, functional, and technical), executive summaries, and project plans
Demonstrates leadership skills, including working within deadlines, monitoring progress, providing feedback, and analyzing areas of risk
Ability to learn quickly and think creatively
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to take a leadership role when necessary
Experience working with developers
Basic understanding of at least one programming language (e.g., JavaScript, C#, etc.)
Bachelor’s degree or similar experience in a related technology area

Works effectively and individually with Technical and Non-Technical team members
Shares similar mentality as existing team members toward customer satisfaction and success
Oversees, and has accountability for the successful completion of all aspects of assigned project work
Able to exercise independent judgment and take the lead role on enterprise level project with minimal direction from management
Able to effectively facilitate meetings, demonstrate brainstorming / consensus building skills, and interact with project sponsors from the line of business
