Requirements

  • 3-6 years of portfolio/program management, data analytics, or operations related experience
  • Experience in a cross-functional ever changing environment.
  • Successfully led or supported transformational programs

  • Well versed with software development and IT Infrastructure practices, including a pertinent technical industry certifications
  • Strong business insight and familiarity with broad range of business processes

Responsibilities

  • Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) for IT programs.
  • Collaborate with IT Application Development, Product teams, Engineering, Security, Support, and other internal groups to understand data needs and provide actionable insights.
  • Conduct ad-hoc analysis to support business decisions and strategy.
  • Apply statistical methods to interpret data and generate useful business reports.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of data collection systems and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and data quality.
  • Present findings and recommendations to partners in a clear and concise manner.
  • Develop process documentation, standard methodologies, and find opportunities for enabling product teams and large-scale IT programs.
  • Deliver clear critical initiatives, operational changes, change management, and process improvements across diverse and globally dispersed teams.
  • Articulate clear business value, outcomes, and objectives across multiple product domains.
  • Define effective data management processes, structure, roles, and responsibilities to ensure the successful execution and delivery of business objectives and value.
  • Lead business and IT executives in alignment and review sessions, identify critical success factors, highlight value, and drive mitigation of significant issues and risks.
  • Effectively remove blockers and mitigate project risks, enhancing team productivity and ensuring delivery.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior Product Management experience a plus
  • Prior People Management experience a plus
