Requirements
- 15+ years of experience with developing applications and automation using Army Enterprise low-code/no-code systems
- Knowledge of Agile software development, requirements management, stakeholder management, user testing, application security, and software design
- Ability to translate user and stakeholder needs to distributed low-code/no-code developer teams
- Secret clearance
- Bachelor’s degree
Responsibilities
- Oversee the delivery of efficient and effective digital solutions to automate key organization processes
- Partner with clients to manage application development and delivery to multiple customers using Office 365-based applications
- Lead the Agile development of a project roadmap
- Establish project milestones and implement metrics to track progress
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with hands-on development of PowerApps, workflows, and user interface design
- Knowledge of Office365 application development best practices, coding standards, governance, and testing
- Ability to use Agile software development tools, including Jira, to capture and track backlog and Agile metrics
