Requirements

  • 3+ years in a technical IT support role
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience
  • Experience with Okta administration and Okta Workflows automation
  • Proficiency in JAMF or similar MDM solutions for macOS management
  • Experience administering collaboration tools (Zoom, Teams, Slack)
  • Strong knowledge of Google Workspace and Microsoft Office 365 administration
  • Solid understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and organizational skills
  • Experience supporting both local and remote staff

Responsibilities

  • Implement and manage software and services that enhance productivity for both our engineering and GTM teams
  • Provide timely resolution to internal IT issues including device troubleshooting and conferencing systems
  • Develop and implement automated workflows to reduce manual tasks and improve efficiency
  • Manage our Okta instance, JAMF environment, and various SaaS platforms including Google Workspace, Microsoft Office 365, Slack, and Zoom
  • Order, configure, deploy, and maintain laptops and other hardware for employees across all offices
  • Implement and maintain end-user security best practices across all IT systems
  • Create clear documentation and manage IT assets and licenses

Preferred Qualifications

  • Okta Certified Professional or Administrator certification
  • JAMF Certified Tech or Expert certification
  • Experience with office network troubleshooting (Cisco Meraki wifi, cabling)
  • Python programming or scripting skills, with experience with API integration
