Requirements
- Microsoft Deployment Toolkit (MDT)
- Microsoft Windows
- Troubleshooting
- Troubleshooting Hardware
- 1 + years of related experience
- Foundational knowledge of Windows operating systems
- Knowledge of basic LAN/WAN concepts including subnets, ports, protocols, DNS and DHCP
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong time management skills
- Ability to learn new applications and technologies quickly
Responsibilities
- Providing first-level, front-line support to end users with technical trouble tickets
- Delivering consistent and excellent customer service
- Modifying, moving, and installing end user equipment (desktops, laptops, printers, etc.)
- Troubleshooting hardware and software problems and interconnectivity issues both on-site and remotely
- Developing proficiency with multiple imaging platforms (WDS/MDT, Intune/Autopilot, etc.)
- Providing advice and onsite training for customer support personnel
- Participating and supporting platform projects such as upgrades or migrations for large user populations
- Creating and maintaining standard operating procedure documentation
