Requirements

  • Microsoft Deployment Toolkit (MDT)
  • Microsoft Windows
  • Troubleshooting
  • Troubleshooting Hardware
  • 1 + years of related experience
  • Foundational knowledge of Windows operating systems
  • Knowledge of basic LAN/WAN concepts including subnets, ports, protocols, DNS and DHCP
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong time management skills
  • Ability to learn new applications and technologies quickly

Responsibilities

  • Providing first-level, front-line support to end users with technical trouble tickets
  • Delivering consistent and excellent customer service
  • Modifying, moving, and installing end user equipment (desktops, laptops, printers, etc.)
  • Troubleshooting hardware and software problems and interconnectivity issues both on-site and remotely
  • Developing proficiency with multiple imaging platforms (WDS/MDT, Intune/Autopilot, etc.)
  • Providing advice and onsite training for customer support personnel
  • Participating and supporting platform projects such as upgrades or migrations for large user populations
  • Creating and maintaining standard operating procedure documentation
