Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in IT Support role
  • Strong skills in providing technical support and resolving IT related issues
  • Proficiency with IT Helpdesk services like JIRA Service Desk
  • Proficiency in supporting Mac OS X & Windows PC
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting common network issues
  • Proficiency supporting Google Suite, Okta, and Jamf
  • Ability to operate successfully in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Act as the frontline help desk support personnel for Odeko’s business units and employees
  • Support employee onboarding/offboarding related activities
  • Triage and troubleshoot cloud and on premise IT infrastructure and service issues to ensure continued delivery of IT services
  • Collaborate with the Odeko Security team to ensure that Odeko IT equipment and infrastructure is secure

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Ubiquiti networking systems is a plus
  • Experience with Slack, Jira, and HubSpot platforms is a plus
