Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in IT Service Management, Program Management, or IT Operations within the financial services sector.
- Strong expertise in ServiceNow ITSM modules and ticketing systems.
- Azure Cloud experience, including infrastructure support and cloud migration.
- Background in IT infrastructure management (networking, servers, storage) within a financial institution.
- Strong understanding of financial IT compliance and regulatory frameworks.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
Responsibilities
- Oversee ServiceNow ticketing workflows, incident/problem management, and IT service optimization.
- Manage Azure-based cloud solutions, infrastructure improvements, and migration strategies.
- Ensure ITSM practices align with financial industry standards, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
- Implement data-driven strategies to enhance ITSM processes, reporting, and risk mitigation.
- Drive ITIL-based best practices for efficient IT service delivery and operational excellence.
- Engage with IT teams, service providers, and business leaders to align IT services with financial business objectives.
Preferred Qualifications
- ITIL certification preferred; PMP or Agile certifications are a plus.
