Responsibilities

  • Lead the go-to-market strategy for our new client management and onboarding tool, ensuring successful adoption and integration within the organization.
  • Support forums to review and communicate new initiatives to the wealth management business.
  • Drive forward our licensing initiatives by supporting advisor licensing processes and ensuring compliance with industry standards.
  • Collaborate with field leaders to develop playbooks that support the attraction and retention of top talent.
  • Oversee the creation and delivery of impactful presentations for executive leadership and committees.
  • Manage and mentor a team of professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
