Requirements

  • US Citizenship is required
  • A Bachelor’s degree is required
  • Minimum SIX (6) years of experience in change management, training and journey management, or a related field
  • Proficiency in developing and implementing change management strategies and plans
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present technical and business information to a general audience
  • Experience in project management, including the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
  • Demonstrated leadership skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve business objectives
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools, such as Excel, Tableau, or Power BI
  • Ability to manage relationships with various stakeholders, including business, IT, and other departments

Responsibilities

  • Establish and manage the Journey Management Team structure to ensure effective collaboration and execution
  • Develop change strategy and gather change impacts across business, IT, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and smooth transitions
  • Support the development of early communications to internal stakeholders to keep them informed and engaged
  • Support the development of training strategies and enablement plans to ensure stakeholders are well-prepared for changes
  • Assist in identifying changes to the operating model (ways of working) to improve efficiency and effectiveness
  • Establish change communication channels (e.g. Training and enablement site/repository, weekly/monthly reports, email updates, all-hands meetings, intranet postings, training sessions) and monitor effectiveness through feedback

Preferred Qualifications

  • Relevant certifications, such as Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP), the Prosci Change Management Certification, or the Change Management Specialist (CMS) and PMP (Project Management Professional)
  • Master’s degree
