Requirements
- Educational background in an Architectural Technology or Construction Project Management program
- Good communication (verbal & written)
- Computer aptitude (Outlook, Bluebeam, excel, word, etc.)
- Basic estimating/mathematical skills
- Strong relationship building and negotiation skills
- Excellent time management and problem solving skills
Responsibilities
- Complete take-offs/estimates for assigned projects
- Follow up on single scope projects
- Complete work orders & prepare material order sheets
- Mark up drawings on Bluebeam as part of takeoff process
- Communicate frequently with Estimating team to obtain and share knowledge and information
