Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required; Applicable Associate Degree preferred.
- 2-5 years of experience in the low voltage construction industry.
- 2-5 years of experience in an administrative office setting is preferred.
- Proficiency in Blue Beam and Microsoft Excel is required.
- Experience with AutoCAD is preferred.
- Strong organizational, time management, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing requirements.
Responsibilities
- Assist in managing project documents, including test results, redlines, warranties, and as-built drawings.
- Oversee the printing, tracking, and installation of project labels, ensuring compliance with customer specifications.
- Work with project management teams to improve project efficiencies and promote continuous improvement across the site.
- Manage label printing equipment and resources, ensuring smooth operations.
- Support project engineers with reviewing drawings, submittals, and contract documents, and assist in creating RFIs.
- Drive Lean initiatives and suggest solutions to improve project profitability.
Preferred Qualifications
- Hyperscale data center experience is a plus.
