Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in an end-to-end recruitment role, either in-house or agency, with a demonstrated ability to attract and secure talent for non-technical positions within Commercial & Sales.
  • A good knowledge of sales terminologies, compensation frameworks, techniques, and methodologies.
  • Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other Human Resources software tools to streamline the recruitment process is essential (Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, BrightHire, etc).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, with the ability to effectively engage and build relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end hiring, ensuring each candidate’s seamless and personalized experience.
  • Forge and nurture strong relationships with hiring managers to shape effective recruitment strategies, clarify recruitment workflows, remove obstacles, enhance operational efficiency, and achieve recruitment goals.
  • Adopt and refine inclusive recruitment methods, enhancing our sourcing techniques to build a diverse candidate pipeline through various channels.
  • Along with the broader People & Culture team, you will contribute to enhancing our recruitment framework, including process optimization, documentation refinement, tooling upgrades, and deepening our insights into the talent landscape.
