Requirements
- 1+ years experience in a full sales cycle closing role within a SaaS/tech environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Self-motivation, ability to multi-task, prioritise and manage time effectively with high energy and an engaging level of enthusiasm
- Competence in building and maintaining effective relationships with customers
- Proficiency in quickly processing and assimilating new information (product/business and customer needs)
- Strong problem identification and objections handling skills
- Readiness for occasional travels for industry events and client meetings
Responsibilities
- Manage incoming requests (calls, emails, demo, live meetings) from potential customers from the assigned territory
- Help customers to solve customer’s complex problems using Ideals’ modern internal tools and techniques
- Deliver high Lead-to-Deal conversion rate using sales techniques and keeping sales process compliant
- Present the product to the customers (including online and offline demonstrations)
- Collect and share the market insights to improve the sales process
- Deliver the best on-the-market buying experience
- Nurture and reactivate previously unqualified and closed lost deals to convert them into customers
