Minimum of one year in home care or healthcare experience.

Create and post job advertisements on various platforms, including job boards and professional social networks.
Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
Conduct phone, virtual, and in-person interviews with potential candidates.
Oversee the recruitment process from sourcing to on-boarding new hires.
Maintain consistent follow-up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Build and manage a database of qualified candidates for future openings.
Organize and maintain file systems, ensuring compliance with relevant policies and regulations.
Communicate with supervisors and escalate issues when needed.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective employees and act as a point of contact.
