Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Create and post job advertisements on various platforms, including job boards and professional social networks.
  • Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
  • Conduct phone, virtual, and in-person interviews with potential candidates.
  • Oversee the recruitment process from sourcing to on-boarding new hires.
  • Maintain consistent follow-up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
  • Build and manage a database of qualified candidates for future openings.
  • Organize and maintain file systems, ensuring compliance with relevant policies and regulations.
  • Communicate with supervisors and escalate issues when needed.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective employees and act as a point of contact.
