Requirements
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in commercial HVAC or Electrical system installation and/or maintenance or a technical degree, engineering preferred.
- Requires a high level of self-motivation independent thinking
- Ability to develop and maintain trust with internal and client stakeholders
- Detail-oriented, organized, flexible, and a desire to tackle new challenges
- Advanced computer skills (MS Office, including Excel, Word, Power Point, and Outlook)
Responsibilities
- Travel to facilities managed by JLL and Client Real Estate personnel throughout the assigned territory to perform asset/equipment validation
- Work with area and regional real estate personnel to identify all facets of the facility that are in scope for assessment
- Perform asset data gathering on these facilities, including HVAC, Electrical Components, Fire Life Safety Components, Garage Doors, Security Gates, and Lighting Systems
- Develop condition assessments on all assets based on visual inspections as well as reviews of historical maintenance and inspection records
- Organize and process all data gathered and prepare for upload into our Corrigo (CMMS) platform
- Provide weekly project status reporting to account personnel on data gathering and validation project status
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in project management a plus
- Certified Reliability Leader is preferred
