Requirements
- Passionate about all things talent acquisition and experienced with hiring for a wide variety of skill sets at all levels of a business
- Extensive experience, preferably within a fast-paced company hiring nurses and social workers across North America
- Involvement in scoping out recruitment processes and working with managers to develop workforce plans
- Natural ability to teach and coach others, having taught people how to recruit, as well as enhanced existing skills through coaching to make them better all-round Partners
- Exceptional client or senior stakeholder management as well as project management skills
- Passion for continued improvement whether that’s of the business, your partnerships, your team or yourself
- Commercial mindset and understanding of the bigger picture
- Hands on leader who gets stuck in and will work tirelessly to see their teams succeed
- Quality reporting
- Team player and the ability to work well with a wide range of people
- Natural curiosity that has enabled you to become a subject matter expert in your chosen area
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the strategy and end-to-end recruitment process on how to creatively hire top talent
- Opportunity to lead a team of Recruiters
- Contributing to the strategy for the Asia-Pacific region, in alignment with overall business strategy and Chapter 2’s global growth objectives
- Become a true partner to the client’s internal talent teams and work closely with hiring managers and senior leaders to deliver on their hiring goals
- Build close and collaborative relationships with clients to get to the root of challenges
- Help clients make strategic hiring decisions through an improved understanding of the top talent
