Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service whilst contributing to their career development
- Perform operational duties inclusive of but not limited to: opening and closing registers, visual merchandising execution, inventory management, light housekeeping
- Build brand loyalty and awareness through memorable in-store experiences in a fast paced retail environment
