Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business analytics, mathematics, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience with Sales Operations support, in lieu of the degree
- Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Proficient in data-driven storytelling
- Excellent communication skills across written, verbal, and non-verbal channels
- Robust problem-solving and teamwork abilities, with a flair for creative thinking
- A proactive attitude toward learning and establishing best practices
Responsibilities
- Collect data and analyze market sales trends to identify opportunities and risks for brand growth
- Create informative reports and oversee the distribution of information across various channels and departments
- Support the Sales department by providing detailed reporting aimed at driving incremental sales
- Develop innovative methods to track and report on selling trends and market intelligence
- Establish consistent best practices and offer ongoing support to the Sales Team
- Craft and refine comprehensive reports for the Sales team
- Develop intuitive dashboards for key stakeholders
- Gather data from wholesale partners and ensure its accuracy
- Work collaboratively with colleagues across different departments
Preferred Qualifications
- Preferred experience with Power BI and IBM Cognos
- Familiarity with POS data, SPS Commerce reporting, and SAP reporting is advantageous
