Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in instructional design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
- Advanced knowledge of instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE, SAM) and practical application of e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate 360, Captivate).
- Proven experience in developing engaging training materials and delivering effective training sessions across various platforms (in-person, virtual, blended).
Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive training curricula and materials tailored to specific disciplines and technical areas, ensuring alignment with learning objectives.
- Select and implement appropriate delivery mechanisms for training programs, including e-learning modules, instructor-led sessions, and blended learning solutions.
- Facilitate training sessions, workshops, and webinars, and monitor their effectiveness through assessments and feedback.
- Develop and implement innovative training strategies and policies to meet evolving business needs and enhance learner engagement.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts and oversee vendors to create high-quality training content and conduct training sessions.
- Contribute to cross-functional projects by providing specialized instructional design expertise and support activities.
