Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with five years of related work experience
- Ability to assume lead role in contributing to the development of standards and best practices surrounding knowledge management techniques and applications
- Strong working knowledge of SharePoint, Microsoft Office suite, MS Power Apps and Power BI
- Experience managing collaborative systems and knowledge repositories
- Experience developing applications using Power Platform tools
- Strong understanding of data visualization principles and techniques
- Experience with workflow automation and process improvement
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Active TS clearance
Responsibilities
- Manage and administer the ATS SharePoint site(s) and MS Teams site(s)
- Manage, create, and/or administer the ATS Atlassian Confluence site(s) for enterprise systems
- Leverage capabilities offered by MS-Office applications (MS-Teams, MS-Access, MS-PowerPoint, MS-Project) and MS Power Platforms to promote and facilitate effective and efficient conduct of ATS actions
- Develop fully functional and adaptive applications using Power Apps/Power Platform to enhance data reporting and visualization
- Develop workflows with Power Automate, creating interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI
- Streamline business processes through automation and developing user-friendly applications using MS Power Platform tools
- Provide timely information dissemination to ATS personnel
- Provide expert advice and recommendations regarding website development
- Work towards and promote a strategy of centralization, standardization, and ‘best practice’ stewardship of ATS owned documents and materials
- Provide consulting services to ATS Leadership in the creation, editing, review, and delivery of materials for executive level presentations
- Support business process reviews and make recommendations for enhancements
- Provide general office support including brainstorming, storyboarding, document creation, and updating administrative materials
- Partner with Unit Chiefs, Government Leads, and Contractor Leads to obtain status updates for executive-level reporting
- Support the ATS Leadership team in preparation for executive-level meetings and off-site strategy sessions
- Support the Section level Executive Strategic Plans, performance metrics, data collection, and reporting
