Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in a technical or business discipline, Information Systems Management, Computer Science, or related discipline.
- Minimum three (3) years of experience in related experience.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and integrate knowledge management into core activities and projects, fostering partnerships and promoting initiatives to identify and share relevant knowledge.
- Promote the use of collaborative tools to enhance idea-sharing and collaboration among internal teams and external partners.
- Integrate and organize information from various departments to ensure seamless access, sharing, and distribution to internal business partners and external customers.
- Train and support front-end users on knowledge management tools to ensure effective usage and adoption.
- Create and write knowledge content as needed to support organizational goals and improve knowledge sharing.
