Lab Operations Team Lead

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in applied/laboratory sciences with direct laboratory coursework.
• 0–2 years of direct laboratory experience.
• Other equivalent combination of education, training, and experience may be accepted in lieu of degree.
• Strong communication skills and ability to perform duties with the highest regard for safety and quality.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine qualitative and quantitative laboratory procedures following all safety protocols and GLP as defined by the customer.
• Prepare experiments and samples for analyses.
• Analyze and accurately report results in a timely manner to contribute to scientific meetings and project outcomes.
• Operate and conduct routine maintenance of laboratory instruments and troubleshoot procedures in accordance with established Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
• Accurately document all procedures following customer requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Preferred Qualifications

• Ability to lift 25 lbs minimum.
• Basic computing skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (or equivalent).
• Skilled at prioritizing tasks, problem solving, and meeting deadlines.
• Ability to understand and follow scientific protocols, policies, and procedures.
