Lab Technician

Requirements

• HS/GED or higher non-semi degree AND 4+ years’ experience with ISMP or Service Now hardware management skills
• Minimum 1 year of experience working with computer systems: Microsoft, Word, Excel, PPT, Outlook
• Minimum 1 year of experience with engineering and process knowledge for excursion/Qual activities

Responsibilities

• Enables lab testing and event execution efforts by managing and maintaining the lab hardware inventory.
• Manages and lead technicians overseeing inventory operations, equipment maintenance, and hardware procurement.
• Oversees flow of inventory through testing and event execution. Focused on streamlining processes and operations between groups and activations.
• Ensures optimum total area performance in terms of safety, quality, output, and cost through staffing training development and retention of the group.
• Understands scheduled and unscheduled equipment maintenance, repair, recovery, troubleshooting, and hardware run rate.
• Works with engineering teams to solve problems impacting hardware inventory and logistics.
• Responsible for enabling teams to execute through clear goal setting, facilitating logistics, maintaining accountability, and driving team results.
