Requirements
- Associate’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years of semiconductor, RF testing, or related work experience.
Responsibilities
- Executes and helps implement improvements to test plans.
- Provides feedback to customer on modifications, outcomes, or issues.
- Helps select specialized test equipment and performs set-up, as well as loading and running complex programs or builds.
- Performs complex calibration, maintenance, and upgrades of test equipment and tools according to standards and procedures.
- Identifies issues with test equipment and performs complex repairs.
- Manages execution of test methodologies for various technology, adapting established procedures based on unique testing needs, and documents results.
- Identifies, debugs and troubleshoots complex testing issues or failures, and recommends root causes and implements solutions.
- Conducts and manages analyses and gathers information to identify where an issue has occurred and makes recommendations for how to address the issue.
- Collaborates with individuals inside and outside of own function to integrate projects and/or ensure changes work with other components of a specific project.
- Communicates across teams to provide status and information about impending obstacles and suggests remediation.
- Manages team project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables for small to mid-sized projects with minimal guidance.
- Re-scopes projects, identifies resources, delegates work, and reviews the work of team members in order to address changing timelines or priorities.
