Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Industrial Engineering, Operations, or a related field is preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in a workforce management role within the Retail or Hospitality sectors, demonstrating a deep understanding of industry-specific challenges and solutions.
  • Extensive experience collaborating cross-functionally with Retail Leaders, HR, and Finance teams to ensure labor policies and practices are consistently followed and aligned with the overall company strategy.
  • Proven technical expertise in managing and configuring scheduling systems, with a strong preference for experience with Legion.
  • Exceptional analytical abilities with a keen attention to detail.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and other analytical tools, with the ability to leverage these tools for complex data analysis and reporting.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively convey information and work seamlessly with diverse teams.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to various retail and operational locations to support business needs.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the end-to-end configuration, testing, deployment, and maintenance of all scheduling settings, including labor standards, scheduling policies, scheduling rules, and meal/break compliance, ensuring seamless integration and functionality.
  • Conduct comprehensive audits of the Legion workforce system to verify accuracy and compliance with scheduling rules and policies, identifying any discrepancies.
  • Execute system configuration changes in response to evolving operational needs, company policies, and system upgrades, ensuring the system remains aligned with business objectives.
  • Analyze global system forecasts to proactively identify and resolve issues, optimizing operational efficiency and performance.
  • Collaborate with external vendors to evaluate, implement, and maintain workforce management tools and technologies, ensuring they meet the diverse and dynamic needs of the global business.
  • Analyze scheduling data to identify trends and provide actionable insights, driving continuous improvement in operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Manage user roles and permissions across regions within the system, ensuring appropriate access and security protocols are maintained.
  • Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned to support the broader Retail Operations function, contributing to the overall success and strategic goals of the organization.
