Responsibilities
- Maintain Project Management software to oversee the accuracy and timely flow of the deal process between the initiation of a potential acquisition, subdivision, and development of land development projects.
- Upon contract execution – review draft contracts and update project software with deal terms.
- Track critical dates to ensure timely completion of residential subdivision projects.
- Maintain a separate development dashboard in the form of Excel for the purpose of providing a monthly development report for the Operations Team.
- Create a lot inventory database and track the sale of lots to Home Centers.
- Manage title issues with Development Manager and/or attorney to ensure no deal deadlines are impacted by Seller title obstacles.
- Work with Development Manager, Seller, and Title company to facilitate the closing process.
- Update Home Center managers and Regional VP’s on projected delivery dates.
- Develop regional unit rate cost database from historical contracts and engineer estimates.
- Research comparable comps for project needs.
