Requirements

  • bachelor’s degree from an accredited university in a quantitative field of study such as Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, or related subject
  • 3+ years of experience with Power BI and SQL

Responsibilities

  • Develop sophisticated data analytics models and reports, utilizing a range of tools including but not limited to Power BI, Power Apps, SQL, SQL Server, SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS), Snowflake, etc.
  • Excel in the collection, analysis, and interpretation of a diverse array of data to discover causal relationships, identify trigger points, and make informed predictions that will shape strategic HR initiatives and policies.
  • Advise business partners regarding patterns and relationships in data to recommend business direction or outcomes.
  • Quantify the significance of data variances and employ a wide spectrum of statistical methods to support sound decision-making.
  • Create and deliver compelling reports, charts, tables, and other visual aids, utilizing strong capabilities in communication, data storytelling, and presentation skills to effectively share findings and influence strategic directions.
  • Collaborate with data scientists to craft engaging presentations that effectively communicate complex analysis to multiple levels of management up to and including the executive level.
  • Offer guidance and mentorship to colleagues, enhancing the team’s analytical skills and fostering a collaborative environment where knowledge sharing and continuous learning are valued.
  • Act as a thought leader, staying ahead of industry trends and best practices, conducting experimental analyses, and working in concert with internal and external partners to drive forward-looking insights and innovative solutions.

Preferred Qualifications

  • M.S. or Ph.D. degree from an accredited university in a quantitative discipline
  • Experience with Power Apps and SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) is beneficial
