Requirements

  • Minimum 5-7 years’ experience in data analytics, operations, talent management, program management or a related field
  • Strong project management skills
  • Excellent Excel & PowerPoint skills – ability synthesize complex data sets and communicate data-backed insights
  • Highly analytical
  • Experience working in a highly matrixed environment
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite of products
  • Experience in change management of new programs and initiatives

Responsibilities

  • Support project management, change management and communications aspects of a variety of initiatives both within team and with our partners
  • Builds and maintains relationships with Talent Management Community and COE partners
  • Work as primary point of contact for data related needs/requests across ETM portfolio
  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes and leverage technology for both simplification and experience
  • Monitor, and report on measurements that drive optimal performance and strategy
  • Understand talent management metrics and be able to analyze employee data across Talent Management initiatives
  • Effectively communicates results to senior leadership and other key stakeholders through narrative-driven presentations and effective data visualizations
  • Collaborate with Talent Management Community to understand needs and ensure smooth adoption of new data tools, technologies, and templates
