Requirements
- Minimum 5-7 years’ experience in data analytics, operations, talent management, program management or a related field
- Strong project management skills
- Excellent Excel & PowerPoint skills – ability synthesize complex data sets and communicate data-backed insights
- Highly analytical
- Experience working in a highly matrixed environment
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite of products
- Experience in change management of new programs and initiatives
Responsibilities
- Support project management, change management and communications aspects of a variety of initiatives both within team and with our partners
- Builds and maintains relationships with Talent Management Community and COE partners
- Work as primary point of contact for data related needs/requests across ETM portfolio
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes and leverage technology for both simplification and experience
- Monitor, and report on measurements that drive optimal performance and strategy
- Understand talent management metrics and be able to analyze employee data across Talent Management initiatives
- Effectively communicates results to senior leadership and other key stakeholders through narrative-driven presentations and effective data visualizations
- Collaborate with Talent Management Community to understand needs and ensure smooth adoption of new data tools, technologies, and templates
