Requirements

  • Solid expertise in Intune and Windows OS operations in an enterprise environment.
  • Mac management using JAMF, including MDM and MEM architectural knowledge.
  • Experience with Zero Touch Provisioning for a hybrid workforce.
  • Hands-on experience with Dell and Mac devices.
  • Strong OS and hardware knowledge in a global setting, covering the full device lifecycle.
  • Proficiency in Windows Hello and advanced authentication practices.
  • Expertise in policies, scripting, PowerShell commands, and Windows Registry settings.
  • Strong knowledge of Active Directory and Azure AD Join, including hybrid environments.
  • Ability to test and evaluate new features, applications, and hardware.
  • Software Asset Management & Administration, including licensing.
  • Experience in patch management, application rollouts, and updates.
  • Basic networking knowledge, including TCP/IP.
  • Ability to define and implement IT standards and procedures.
  • Proficiency in Outlook, Microsoft Teams, and other Office 365 applications.
  • Experience with software development applications and tools.
  • Knowledge of virtualization technologies and containerization tools such as Docker.
  • Familiarity with Firefox and other web browsers.
  • Ability to manage inventory software applications and certify them for use.
  • Manage endpoint security, including Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) protections and other security measures.
  • Implement and oversee encryption protocols and local data security policies.
  • Possess knowledge of Data Loss Prevention (DLP) measures and capabilities.
  • Investigate and resolve a range of software and desktop issues, from basic to complex.
  • Conduct root cause analysis to identify and solve problems effectively.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of operating system (OS) recovery and remote troubleshooting techniques.
  • Collaborate with System Administrators, the Network team, and vendors to diagnose and resolve technical issues.
