Requirements
- Solid expertise in Intune and Windows OS operations in an enterprise environment.
- Mac management using JAMF, including MDM and MEM architectural knowledge.
- Experience with Zero Touch Provisioning for a hybrid workforce.
- Hands-on experience with Dell and Mac devices.
- Strong OS and hardware knowledge in a global setting, covering the full device lifecycle.
- Proficiency in Windows Hello and advanced authentication practices.
- Expertise in policies, scripting, PowerShell commands, and Windows Registry settings.
- Strong knowledge of Active Directory and Azure AD Join, including hybrid environments.
- Ability to test and evaluate new features, applications, and hardware.
- Software Asset Management & Administration, including licensing.
- Experience in patch management, application rollouts, and updates.
- Basic networking knowledge, including TCP/IP.
- Ability to define and implement IT standards and procedures.
- Proficiency in Outlook, Microsoft Teams, and other Office 365 applications.
- Experience with software development applications and tools.
- Knowledge of virtualization technologies and containerization tools such as Docker.
- Familiarity with Firefox and other web browsers.
- Ability to manage inventory software applications and certify them for use.
- Manage endpoint security, including Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) protections and other security measures.
- Implement and oversee encryption protocols and local data security policies.
- Possess knowledge of Data Loss Prevention (DLP) measures and capabilities.
- Investigate and resolve a range of software and desktop issues, from basic to complex.
- Conduct root cause analysis to identify and solve problems effectively.
- Demonstrate knowledge of operating system (OS) recovery and remote troubleshooting techniques.
- Collaborate with System Administrators, the Network team, and vendors to diagnose and resolve technical issues.

Preferred Qualifications
- 12+ years of hands-on experience managing endpoints in an enterprise environment.
- Managerial or Team Lead experience.
