Requirements
- Associate’s Degree in the field of Child Development, Psychology, Social Work, or related field; A minimum of two years of experience working with children ages birth to five years.
- Or High School Diploma/GED; and a minimum of three years of experience working with children ages birth to five years.
- Minimum of one year in a leadership role with strong delegation skills, managing projects with the ability to assign tasks and manage workflows.
- Demonstrated proficiency and experience with Windows-based programs and data entry.
Responsibilities
- Provide case management services to families enrolled in Bridge child care programs.
- Emergency Child Care Case Management 60%
- Workflow Delegation and Monitoring Support 40%
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- Experience working with families and children at risk of abuse or neglect, a plus.
- Ability to converse, write and/or translate in Spanish or Armenian.
