Requirements
- Deep knowledge of AT&T Fiber Solutions
- Experience managing customers in Salesforce
- Ability to gather pertinent information from customers for design, pricing, and ordering
- Experience leading responses to RFPs
- Ability to develop sales forecasts and billed revenue outlook
Responsibilities
- Consults with customers on solving problems and develops strategic initiatives to grow and retain the revenue stream of assigned accounts while ensuring customer satisfaction
- Provides support and expertise in product presentations/services/migrations benefiting customer needs
- Verifies fiber and service availability for customer locations
- Identifies, Qualifies, Proposes, and Closes Opportunities
- Creates Support Requests in Salesforce/ROME for pricing, ordering, and contracts
- Leads responses to RFPs and engages internal resources for complex design, custom/non-standard pricing and contracting
- Leads customer engagement activities including coordinating AT&T executive leadership with customer leadership
- Initiates Expedites and Escalations as needed to ensure customers needs are being met
- Responsible for maintaining A/R to required goal
