Requirements
- 10 years experience with DOD, Navy, or USMC
- Willing to do moderate travel throughout the U.S. and occasionally out of the U.S.
- Must be able to gain or have approved access to DoD location to include Military Base Installations
Responsibilities
- Create existing/new sales for solutions delivery meeting a wide variety of customer needs for ATT products/services/systems/solutions
- Support resolution of customer disputes and accounts receivable discrepancies
- Demonstrate broad and strong working knowledge of entire product/service line
- Partner with clients to understand business needs, issues, strategies, priorities, delivering valuable solutions
- Develop responses to Request for Proposals
- Own account relationship, responsible for meeting revenue objectives
- Support the sales team through coaching or mentoring
- Meet with customers and engage in sales activities at customer site
- Communicate with customers via phone, teleconference, e-mail, etc. related to proposed solutions/sales
- Travel to/from the customer premise for sales activities
- Provide subject matter expertise on technical sales issues
- Advise customers on suitability of products based on technical needs
- Prepare proposals/presentations/bids, including developing pricing/strategic plans and proposed solutions/sales
- Research/develop solutions with ATT external partners, including design/engineering
- Research customer business/industry to identify new sales opportunities
Preferred Qualifications
- CCNA, CCDA, CISSP or applicable certifications
- Prior Military Service a plus
