Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, or a related technical field, or significant equivalent experience
- Minimum of 3 years working in a high-volume automotive Tier 1 or Tier 2 environment
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Proven ability to interface effectively with corporate staff, vendors, customers, and employees
- Strong proficiency in project tracking, spreadsheets, and PowerPoint
- Ability to work extended hours during project launches as needed
