Requirements
- Demonstrated experience providing customer-driven solutions, support or service.
- Expertise in managing and analyzing customer data, with a strong focus on data quality improvement and experience with Reltio preferred.
- Proven ability to collaborate with developers to resolve data issues, define data standards, and implement data governance policies.
- Proficiency in generating insightful reports, utilizing data analysis tools (SQL, Python, R) and visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI).
- Expert level SQL and Python knowledge.
- Solid knowledge and understanding of forecasting techniques or statistical analysis or data modeling or data mining.
- Demonstrated experience communicating/presenting complex and independent concepts and unbiased fact-based decision-making and financial performance.
- Demonstrated experience developing complex data sets for wide-spread use.
Responsibilities
- Work with business partners in the development and delivery of key performance analysis and reporting.
- Build and maintain various models used to project business results; enhances the model where there is business value in adjusting the models.
- Ensure analysis and reporting accuracy and integrity and explain performance drivers and provide insights into performance trends.
- Create, execute, and maintain forecasting models; speaks to the underlying assumptions and inter-workings of the model used to create the forecast.
- Communicate findings to stakeholders and leadership with recommendations for actions to address business changes, trends, and issues.
- Designs, tests and maintains data/analytics systems and make recommendations for new tools and system enhancements.
- Develop, tests, and deploys complex automated reporting solutions and automated decision analytics to replace manual business processes.
- Develop and define standard analytics and reporting governance and communication and ensures adherence to standards.
- May be requested to complete other assignments or participate in projects based upon skills, achievements, or experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Reltio preferred.
