Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in a dynamic, fast-moving profession; related experience within management consulting, corporate development, financial analysis, public policy, product development, mergers and acquisitions, or similar role(s)
- Expertise in storyboarding and logically framing presentations, both in written deliverables and in facilitating live discussions
- Executive presence: demonstrated ability to actively listen, empathize, and communicate effectively
- Comfort in ambiguity; demonstrated ability to simplify complex problems and concepts
- Comfort working in a matrixed environment and in managing competing priorities; demonstrated ability to juggle concurrent projects and prioritize effectively
- Ability to ‘manage up’, influencing internal and external partners, often more senior in job title
Responsibilities
- Play a pivotal role in supporting new growth initiatives and enabling execution of key strategic priorities
- Operate within a nimble team dedicated to top priority strategic initiatives with executive leadership visibility
- Closely partner with business stakeholders across core pharmacy businesses
- Utilize market insights alongside CVS-focused expertise to help chart the path forward for a vertically integrated health care company
