Responsibilities
- Initiate, monitor, and manage multiple projects, including OpEx and new initiatives.
- Act as a liaison between ME, Product Engineering, and Manufacturing Plants for alignment and collaboration opportunities.
- Stay current on new processes, technology, and competitive products.
- Simplify reporting systems and tracking to eliminate redundant inputs across multiple platforms.
- Perform business data analysis (Dashboards), interpret data, and provide regular updates/solutions that align across sectors.
- Champion innovation and continuous improvement initiatives. Focus on cost-reduction initiatives that directly impact the bottom line by using ME SAVES to identify savings opportunities and cost avoidance strategies.
- Collaborate with PIC and BIC teams to drive consistency across sectors.
- Ensure Capital & Ops Expense Forecast Consolidation between ME sectors – Work with engineering forecast owners to align forecast Goldsource with current business plan timing.
Preferred Qualifications
- 5 years of experience in a job-related field.
- Knowledge or previous experience with agile management strategies.
- Familiarity with global and regional business dynamics.
