Requirements
- 5+ years in Cyber Security or related IT disciplines with a focus on cybersecurity
- Proven track record in conducting configuration monitoring
- Strong understanding of databases, middleware, operating systems, mainframes, applications, cloud, and technical controls
- Experience with automation tools and techniques to streamline processes and improve efficiency
- Familiarity with CIS Standards, Windows Group Policy, Multi-Cloud secure configuration/hardening, and system hardening concepts
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey technical items to varied audiences
- Ability to work in our Bethlehem, PA office an average of 3 days per week
Responsibilities
- Be the Senior SME and Technical Lead for Configuration Compliance Monitoring/Hardening
- Oversee all technical aspects of Configuration Monitoring
- Drive automation initiatives to streamline configuration monitoring and enhance efficiency
- Keep documentation up to date and perform quality checks
- Oversee remediation health and be the first point of contact for challenges
- Take charge of all metrics related to Configuration Monitoring
- Lead efforts to expand configuration monitoring to cover new and emerging technologies
