Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years old.
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
- A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience as a maintenance engineer is required.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and guide facilities technicians, ensuring work assignments are completed efficiently; review and close out work orders, and conduct daily site inspections to monitor progress and repair needs.
- Identify and assess equipment that requires repairs, adjustments, or replacement, and ensure all maintenance tasks and logbook entries are up to date.
- Ensure all equipment and work areas are maintained in a clean, organized, and safe condition at all times.
- Stay informed on current industry techniques, best practices, and technical methods to enhance team performance and service quality.
- Monitor and enforce safety standards across the site, maintaining a proactive approach to accident prevention and ensuring a safe working environment for all personnel.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in hotel facilities and electrical installation preferred.
