Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience
- Three or more years of relevant work experience in a SaaS environment
Responsibilities
- Develop a pipeline of SMB clients that have opportunities for future growth
- Make outbound phone contacts
- Conduct web demonstrations
- Present/negotiate pricing
- Partner with Finance to present business cases for contract re-writes and pricing negotiations
- Execute contracts via DocuSign
- Manage email campaigns developed in partnership with Marketing
- Drive revenue through closing orders for additional vehicles and/or asset tracking solutions
- Partner with other departments such as customer support, implementation and deployment
- Drive peer activity and communicate several times daily with the team on sales activity metrics and performance
- Account management with a diverse book of business of various industries
- Prioritize activity and sales pipeline to achieve goals
- Follow-up on proposals and negotiate contracts with customers in collaboration with the Associate Director
- Collaborate with internal and external partners from sale through implementation
- Maintain an accurate pipeline of viable opportunities
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience selling into SMB Accounts
- Consultative Selling experience
- 3+ years of B2B inside sales experience
- 1+ years of product sales account management experience
- Account Management experience
