Requirements
- Program in G Code (Haas/doosan cnc turn&milling machines)
- Advanced level troubleshooting
- Basic understanding of macros within CNC programs
- Ability to communicate / work with other functions
Responsibilities
- Design and machine fixturing / jig plates for turning and milling operations
- GATHER DATA AND FULLY UPDATETIER 1 AND 2 FILES/MEETINGS
- FACILITATE TIER 1 MDI FOR THE MACHINE SHOP FIRST AND SECOND SHIFT
- ATTEND TIER 2 MDI
- COMPLETE/DELEGATE REWORKS PERTAINING TO NCMR DISPOSITION
- SAP SEARCHES/TRANSACTIONS
- WRITE NCMR COMPLETELY FOR ALL TO UNDERSTAND IN ORDER TO MAKE DISPOSITIONS
- WORK ON SPECIAL PROJECTS FOR ENGINEERING ETC.
- MENTOR/TRAIN LOWER LEVEL MACHINISTS
- PULL DATA FROM ZCM01 TO CREATE THE SHOP SCHEDULE
- ABILITY TO PERFORM PM INVENTORY ACCURATELY
