Requirements

  • 8+ years of extensive experience in marketing analytics, with a deep understanding of executive level and in-depth performance reporting and goal-tracking, multi-channel attribution, customer segmentation, and predictive modeling.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, or other data analytics tools, as well as familiarity with BI platforms like Looker, Tableau, or Google Data Studio.
  • Ability to translate data insights into actionable strategies that align with broader business objectives and drive growth.
  • Proven track record of leading cross-functional initiatives, with strong communication skills and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Exceptional ability to convey complex data insights in a clear and compelling way, tailored to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of marketing analytics frameworks that guide strategic decisions across all channels, including digital, paid, and email marketing.
  • Utilize advanced analytics to measure, analyze, and optimize marketing campaigns, ensuring maximum ROI and customer engagement.
  • Support data science to build predictive models and algorithms that forecast marketing outcomes, customer lifetime value, and other key performance indicators.
  • Design and implement real-time reporting and dashboards that empower teams to self-serve with actionable insights, enabling quick adjustments and strategic pivots.
  • Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and data scientists to align marketing strategies with business goals and drive cohesive execution.
  • Conduct in-depth cohort analysis to identify opportunities for personalized marketing and targeted growth strategies.
  • Work with data engineering teams to enhance our data infrastructure, ensuring seamless access to high-quality data for all stakeholders and enable your stakeholders to self-serve with data.
  • Develop and present executive-level reports that distill complex data into clear, strategic insights, influencing decision-making at the highest levels.
  • Mentor junior analysts and contribute to a culture of excellence in analytics, fostering continuous learning and innovation within the team.
