Requirements

- Expertise with relevant tools (e.g., hand/power tools for assembly; press brakes/plate rollers for sheet metal).
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
- Demonstrated leadership skills and experience managing a team.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the assembly of machines and mechanical components following detailed specifications and instructions.
- Train and guide team members in the proper use of hand and power tools for assembly, maintenance, and repairs.
- Read, interpret, and apply blueprints, schematics, and assembly instructions to ensure accuracy.
- Conduct inspections of assembled parts to meet quality standards and specifications.
- Diagnose and resolve complex assembly challenges, offering guidance and solutions to the team.
- Supervise the use of press brakes to bend materials, including pipes up to 3/4″, with precision.
- Manage the rolling of plates up to 3/8″ thickness while ensuring precision and quality.
- Interpret blueprints to select appropriate tooling and procedures for bending and shaping materials.
- Lead the identification and use of proper tooling for various materials to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Oversee the setup and precise calibration of back gauges for reliable bending operations.
