Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or institution (OR a high school diploma / GED with a minimum of 4 years’ experience in manufacturing)
- A minimum of 3 years in manufacturing
Responsibilities
- Manage master planning, material processes and systems, prepare and update production schedules and purchasing needs.
- Ensure operational alignment with production plan and KPIs.
- Optimize inventory and process improvements.
- Direct people management responsibility including staffing and performance development.
- Utilizes in-depth knowledge of a technical discipline and analytical thinking and technical experience to execute policy/strategy.
- Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems.
- Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs.
- Established project management skills.
